ripway's technical problem! and the rapid suspension of accounts

this message is just forwarded here for and info.while in a days past ripway is abusive by its suspension of file accounts.

THEiR NOTIFICATION:

Network Solutions temporarily deactivated the Ripway.com domain early Saturday morning because of an abusive account. We've been trying to work with them over the the 24 hours to get the domain re-activated, but they're being very difficult to work with. Their technical support people have turned the case over to the abuse department, which we have not been able to contact. We will continue to try to reach them so we can get this resolve.

We were not given notice of this action, nor were we informed about the nature of the complaint, or afforded an opportunity to remove the content which was in violation of their Acceptable Use Policy. Ripway runs constant content scans, and we always deal with abuse reports within 24 hours.

We'll post an update here as soon as we have more information.
